Navy 26 6th of October is a commercial, medical and administrative project by HDP TULUA Developments on the Boulevard Axis in 6th of October City. Overview

HDP TULUA announced Navy 26 on 19 October 2026, with a total investment of EGP 5 billion and a construction period of three and a half years. The building footprint is around a tenth of the plot, so most of the 26 feddans is left for open space, planting and walkways. The first renders released with the launch show low-rise buildings set around open plazas and fountains. The company says the project is meant to serve residents, visitors, business owners and retail brands.

Most of the land is planned as open space and landscaped green areas, laid out so people can move easily between the shops, the medical complex and the offices. Banking services and a hypermarket are planned on site as well.

Developer

HDP TULUA Developments brings together Housing and Development Properties (HDP), the real estate investment and development arm of the Housing and Development Bank, and TULUA Developments. Its chief executive is Dr. Hosny Hany. The two companies already work together on The Island in Marina 5 on the North Coast, where they signed with Radisson Blu in June 2026 to run a 175-room hotel in the final phase, Blu Stays. TULUA's own portfolio includes The Gray, a 30,000 m² building of offices, clinics, restaurants and leisure space.
