Maydan Mall 6th of October

Maydan 6th of October is a mixed-use business project by QORE with shops, offices and medical clinics near Laylat al-Qadr Square in 6th of October City. It is QORE's first real estate project, and construction had already started when it was announced in September 2026.

Overview

Maydan sits on a plot of about 10,000 m² and will have around 30,000 m² of built space. QORE comes from a group that has spent more than 30 years in contracting, concrete, aluminium and building systems, and Maydan is the first project of its new development arm. The company says it pays for 30% to 40% of construction from its own money, so the building work doesn't depend only on sales. QORE puts the project investment at about EGP 4 billion and plans to sell it in two phases.

Location

The site is in the Laylat al-Qadr Square area of 6th of October City, according to QORE's chief executive at the launch. 6th of October is where the company wants to grow: it is already studying two more plots in the city. QORE has not published a map pin, so ask us for the exact position before you visit.

Unit Types

The project has three kinds of space:

• Commercial units for shops and services
• Administrative offices
• Medical clinics

QORE also plans a service desk for company and factory owners, covering commercial, administrative, accounting and tax paperwork. Unit sizes and the floor plan have not been released yet.

Payment Plan

QORE has not published prices. At the press conference its chief executive spoke of payment plans running 7 to 8 years, without giving a down payment. Offers on the market differ, so we confirm the current price list and plan with QORE before you commit.

Amenities

Three partners work on Maydan with QORE. Inversion handles the development and investment strategy, Hafez Consultants does the engineering and design, and TSM Asset Management will run the project and choose its retail mix. Hafez describes the design as simple and practical, built to keep its value over time. TSM has also announced an AI-based tool that matches unit owners with tenants, which can help investors who plan to rent their unit out.

Developer

QORE belongs to a group of 19 companies working in Egypt and abroad, with more than 100 projects behind it. The group does general contracting, ready-mix and precast concrete, aluminium and interior work, and its record includes the 500 500 Hospital in Sheikh Zayed, the Dr. Hassan Mostafa Sports Halls in 6th of October, Nasser Institute and the High Court of Appeal in the City of Justice. QORE plans to invest EGP 30 billion in real estate by 2030.
