New Event capped the buildings at eight floors to keep the views open and give residents more privacy. Lagoons and landscaped areas run between the clusters, with walking and jogging tracks around them. The company launched LAYAL in May 2026. It is the developer's fourth project in the capital and its second in R8, and handover is planned within about four years.
Location
According to New Event, the R8 district has international and private schools, universities, hospitals and sports clubs. From LAYAL you are close to the Diplomatic District, the Government District and the Green River, and the developer lists direct access to the Bin Zayed Axis, the Regional Ring Road and the Cairo-Ain Sokhna Road.
