Jadeer launched Chapters in June 2026 on 33 feddans. Buildings cover no more than 15% of the land, and about 85% is left for lakes, water features and open green space. The architecture is by MIMAR, and Grow Construction, the group's own contractor, is building it. Jadeer's chairman says the company is targeting investment of more than EGP 10 billion in the project.
Location
The plot sits in the middle of R8, between two main roads, and the developer says it overlooks Central Park. On Jadeer's location map the site is close to the Bin Zayed Axis and the Green River, about 3 km from Downtown, 6 km from Masjid Misr and 11 km from the New Capital Airport.

Amenities
Most of the site is water and landscape, with lakes running between the buildings. Residents get a family clubhouse, a jogging track and a separate cycling track, sports areas, places to sit and meet, and a mosque inside the compound. Parking is mainly underground, with 750 more spaces above ground, and there are charging points for electric cars. The Hotel Indigo adds hotel services to the project.

Jadeer Developments has worked in Egypt since 2006 and owns two companies, Grow Construction and Pantera Studio. Its portfolio covers homes, offices, shops, serviced apartments and clinics in New Cairo, 6th of October, Zayed and the New Capital, with more than 70 residential buildings delivered.
