What It Is
Hyde Park announced the phase on 25 March 2026 as the last group of sea and lagoon view chalets at Seashore, and a press release followed on 15 April. Developer sales lasted less than a month. The phase came after Water Side, the previous phase, which Hyde Park says sold out in its first week in summer 2025.
Chalet Sizes
- Standard chalets: one bedroom, 62 to 67 m²
- Signature chalets: two bedrooms, 87 to 90 m²
- Prime chalets: 104 to 121 m², facing the lagoons, some also facing the sea
Hyde Park has not stated the number of bedrooms in the Prime chalets.
Buildings and Views
Each of the six buildings has a ground floor and five upper floors. The site sits 33 m above the sea and looks over Seashore's swimmable lagoons, with landscaped outdoor areas and a yoga space between the buildings.
Launch Terms
Hyde Park is no longer selling units here. When it launched the phase in March 2026, buyers paid 5% down with instalments over up to eight years. It did not publish prices or a handover date. Today a buyer deals with an owner, and the price and any remaining instalments depend on that owner's contract.
Life at Seashore
Seashore covers 240 feddans. EDSA planned it and SB Architects of Florida designed it, with the resort set on four raised platforms that look down over the beach and pools. Hyde Park lists more than 25 beach-entry pools, a fenced boundary with three electronic gates, CCTV and security staff, fibre optic internet and serviced apartments.
Getting There
Hyde Park places Seashore on the Ras El Hekma road, 4 km from the Fouka exit, 52 km from the Dabaa road and 91 km from the New Alamein road.
The Developer
Hyde Park Developments was founded in 2007 and says its projects cover more than 2,200 acres. Its other projects include Hyde Park New Cairo, Tawny and Garden Lakes. Sealine, the house phase at Seashore, has its own page on Trio.
