Overview

ORB spreads over roughly 15 feddans and combines two kinds of living. Seven mid-rise buildings hold 289 fully finished residences, some with private gardens. Next to them, two towers of up to 26 storeys (about 110 metres) add more than 500 units: one tower pairs a five-star hotel with branded residences, and the other offers serviced homes with access to hotel services, alongside offices and shops. Nations of Sky began construction on several buildings before the official launch in October 2026. The developer has not yet announced official prices or a payment plan. Location

The project sits directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, where 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and New Zayed meet. According to the developer, Mall of Arabia is about 3 minutes away, Walk of Cairo 5 minutes, Al Ahly Club Zayed 6 minutes and Arkan Plaza 8 minutes. Developer

ORB is developed by Nations of Sky, the real estate arm of Egypt's Future of Egypt for Sustainable Development agency, with 11 projects across East and West Cairo and the North Coast.
