Amare Seafront Villas Ras El Hekma is the villa district that Misr Italia Properties placed at the front of Solare, its resort at Km 199 on the North Coast. The homes sit about 200 metres from the beach and step up the slope in seven terraces, so the rows behind still look over the rows in front.

What Amare Is

Misr Italia announced Amare in August 2026, during a press visit to the Solare site led by its co-CEOs Mohamed Khaled El Assal and Karim El Assal. The district takes up more than a quarter of Solare's land. According to the company, it holds 420 villas and 270 cabanas, arranged in nine rows across the seven terrace levels. The highest homes stand about 25 metres above sea level, and Misr Italia says every unit gets a sea view.

Villa Models

Misr Italia groups the homes into Sea Front Mansions, Signature Villas, Horizon Villas and Horizon Twin Villas. The models currently listed on its site range from a 174 m² single-storey twin house with three bedrooms to a 359 m² two-storey Horizon villa with four bedrooms and a penthouse level. The 300 m² Sea Front Mansion is on one floor. The brochure shows clean white façades with stone details, roof terraces on the Horizon models, and a six-bedroom Sea-Front Mansion used as the show villa.

By the Beach

The Amare master plan lists a 1 km sandy beach, a beach boardwalk, a beach bar and restaurant, an infinity pool, a social wellness hub and outdoor "social steps" that lead down towards the water. Branded cabanas line the beach, and Misr Italia says a hotel under Marriott's Autograph Collection brand will run within the district, with 62 keys in the cabana part.

Construction and Handover

Work started before the launch. In August 2026 Misr Italia reported 90% of the concrete works done for the cabanas, 80% for the villas and 70% of the land grading, with all seven terraces formed. The company says it is aiming to hand over Amare within two years. The planning and design team includes EDSA, Bait Al Khebra Engineering Consultants, The Design Avenue and El Ghoneimi International.

Prices and Payment

Misr Italia's Amare page shows a starting price of EGP 32 million and a payment plan of 5% down over 8 years. Prices for each model change with size, row and terrace level, so ask the Trio Homes team for the current list before you compare units.

About Solare

Solare covers 400 feddans with a 3 km waterfront, including a 1 km sandy beach up to 200 metres deep, plus about 100,000 m² of swimmable lagoons. Misr Italia says around 80% of its units face water. Cairo is roughly three hours away, and El Alamein International Airport about 35 minutes. Trio Homes also lists Club Hill, a chalet phase inside Solare.
