Mercon launched Nurai in May 2024 and planned it in four phases. The land is about 16 acres. Half is residential (Nurai Compound) and half is Nurai Walk, a commercial strip with shops, clinics and offices. U Nurai is the residential release now on sale. Buyers get daily services next door, while the residential half keeps its own gardens and water features.
