The Lighthouse Village is a set of sea-facing apartment buildings by Modon in Wadi Yemm, the first district of the new Ras El Hekma city on the North Coast. It is named after the lighthouse that marks the bay at the centre of the district. Of the apartment collections Modon has released so far, this one has the biggest homes, running up to four bedrooms. Overview
Modon split Wadi Yemm into separate residential collections, and each has its own feel. The Lighthouse Village is the quieter, family-sized option. Buildings are low, with arches, pale stone tones and deep terraces, and they open onto shaded courtyards and footpaths rather than a main road.
There are two finish levels in the same project, Luxury and Ultra Luxury. That gap matters: two flats of similar size can be priced far apart depending on finish, floor and how much sea you see.
Location
The project sits in Wadi Yemm, close to the lighthouse, the marina and the hotel strip. Ras El Hekma is about 350 km north-west of Cairo and roughly 200 km west of Alexandria, reached by the International Coastal Road and the Dabaa and Fuka roads. Marsa Matrouh is about 70 km further west.
