Badya

Badya is Palm Hills' largest project: a 3,000-acre city in new 6th of October, planned around walking, cycling and shared parks. It started in 2018 and is still selling district by district. The newest release, Park Views 2 Residences, is off plan with apartments from EGP 5.3 million on Palm Hills' own site.

Overview

Palm Hills plans Badya so daily needs are about five minutes away on foot, weekly needs ten minutes by bike and monthly ones fifteen. The city has 250 km of bike lanes, an internal autonomous taxi and smart meters on homes. Palm Hills targets 30% lower water and power use and 30% of energy from renewables. Several districts are selling at once, so we check which phase fits your budget and handover date before you book.

On the Wahat Road in new 6th of October (October Gardens), placed by Palm Hills as a link between East and West Cairo and the centre of future extensions.
