CommonHaus is the serviced apartments building inside SkyRamp, Upwyde Developments' mixed use project in Sheikh Zayed. The 130 units come fully finished and furnished, and BirdNest manages and runs the whole building, so owners do not have to deal with tenants or upkeep themselves.
