Overview

LaManga covers 125 acres and holds 851 homes, with buildings on only 14% of the land. The rest is given to gardens, water features and open space, around 84,000 m² of landscape in total. Club Walk was announced in October 2026 as a new release inside this community.

Location

LaManga sits on the Cairo Alexandria Desert Road inside Sphinx City, next to IVY New Giza and close to Sphinx International Airport. The Dahshur Link and the Rod El Farag Axis are both nearby, and Sheikh Zayed is a short drive away. See more projects in Sheikh Zayed and New Zayed.

AlKarma hasn't said which home types Club Walk will include or how big they will be. Across LaManga, the developer offers townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas. We'll list the Club Walk units here when the plans are released.

Payment Plan

There is no official price list or payment plan for Club Walk from AlKarma at this stage, and no handover date. We only publish prices that come from the developer itself.

Amenities

LaManga has a 7,000 m² clubhouse, a gym, sports courts, a kids' area, barbecue spots and water features set within its landscaped grounds. The plan also includes two commercial areas of about 60,000 m², jogging and cycling tracks, and main internal roads 35 metres wide.

Developer

AlKarma Developments has been building in West Cairo since 1995 under Eng. Ahmed Abou Hussein, and was among the first developers in Sheikh Zayed, New Zayed and Sphinx City. Its projects include Karma 1, AlKarma 2, AlKarma Heights, AlKarma Residence and Mazar Mall, followed by Kay, Gates, Novella, Vaha and LaManga.
