Island 3 Azha Sokhna is a new phase that Madaar Developments is launching inside Azha, its resort on the Red Sea coast at Ain Sokhna. Island Three is one of the villages on the Azha masterplan, after Island One and Island Two. Madaar hasn't published unit types, sizes, prices or a delivery date for it on its website yet, so this page covers what is known about Azha and will be updated once the official Island 3 details are out.
Overview
Azha Ain Sokhna spreads over 1.6 million m² and is divided into 21 villages set around wide crystal lagoons. Madaar keeps 89% of the land for greenery and open space, and the resort has about 10 km of waterscapes and a 700 m sea front. Island 3 is the latest of the lagoon islands released there.
Location
Azha is at kilometre 34 on the Suez Sokhna Road, about 12 km from the Ain Sokhna toll station. Madaar puts it about 50 minutes from New Cairo and 25 minutes from the New Administrative Capital. See more projects in Ain Sokhna.
Unit Types
Madaar hasn't said which home types Island 3 will include or how big they will be. Across Azha Sokhna, the developer offers villas, twin houses and chalets. We'll add the Island 3 units here when the plans are released.
Payment Plan
There is no official price list or payment plan for Island 3 yet, and no handover date. For reference, Madaar's current Azha Sokhna offer starts at EGP 37,000,000 with 5% down over 8 years. We only publish prices that come from Madaar itself.
Amenities
Azha has a spa with treatment rooms, a sauna and an Arabian hammam, and hotels with 149 rooms, pools, jacuzzis, a gym and a conference room. There is a beach clubhouse, a community centre, restaurants and bars, and Cala Paloma. Residents also get a sports arena, open spaces for sport, and a chain of parks: the entry park, the linear park, the central park and the downtown area.
Developer
Madaar Developments was founded in 2015. Azha Ain Sokhna was its first flagship resort, and it went on to launch Azha North in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast. In West Cairo it is building Kinz in New Zayed and The Hillage in Sheikh Zayed.
